Your Hosts

Dr. Lisa Bélanger brings expertise in behavioural medicine and a personal journey of transformation. A self-described “type AAA” personality, she’s a recovering control enthusiast who burned out while juggling academia, a growing career, and founding a national charity. Her research on microbreaks and workday recovery became a lifeline—especially after becoming a parent—and it now fuels her mission to help others reclaim their capacity for rest.

Adam Rozenhart has been a journalist, writer, and entrepreneur who knows firsthand the toll of burnout. From co-founding OilersNation.com to leading marketing agencies, Adam’s demanding career left little space for recovery. Today, as a business owner, he’s deeply invested in finding sustainable ways to manage stress while pursuing meaningful work.
